Budgeted for a full remodel helped narrow down timelines

Took out loadbearing Wall, put in metal I-beams.

Completely opened the kitchen and living room.

Fixing the original wood flooring, getting rid of all the orange peel texture with a level 4 smooth completely redoing the master bathroom in kids bathroom.

Adding a room, completely redid the entire plumbing in the house. Relocated the vanities, light switches, and outlets. Replaced old windows. Original pier and beam foundation reinforced, and re-leveled. Fixed ceiling in the garage. Taking out old concrete from the back patio and redoing everything. Upgrading the AC unit ingoing with a tankless water heater.
